To ensure that the connection between the client system and the Betradar system is working properly, alive messages (or so called connection test messages) get sent. The client should expect a message from the server at least every 8 seconds. In return, the client system should send the server a message ever 30 seconds. If either the client or the server has not received any messages within the given time frame the connection should be restarted.
