Added the following matches to the replay server:

  -  American football: 33 (NFL preseason). 34 (NFL preseason), 35 (NFL preseason)

  -  Soccer: 36 (extra time + penalty shootout), 37 (penalty shootout)

New Info types added as extra info for Volleyball, Beach volleyball and Badminton, if the setting "Include extra sport info in meta messages" (see chapter 5.1.5) is enabled: NumberOfSets, SetLimit, Format.

Added a new chapter for the Live Odds general configuration on betradar.com, describing usage of probabilities. (See chapter 6)

Added guideline about XML configuration refresh rate to chapter 5.

Updated XML configuration in chapter 5.2.2: Instead of active corner/booking markets, the mentioned attributes will be included in all Deeper Coverage matches.

Added description about the timestamp attribute on the replay server to chapter 7.1

Added best practice regarding meta requests to chapter 4.1.14 and chapter 4.2.4.

Fixed typo in XML example in chapter 4.2.3 (error recovery): the second example now shows one "msgfrom" attribute and one "msgto" attribute (which is correct) instead of two "msgfrom" attributes. (not correct).

Added missing match status "awaiting_sd" to the rugby match status list.

Rephrased some lines and fixed some typos in the BetPal chapter.

Added best practice to chapter 3.2.3 (error request). It is recommended to use current requests instead of error requests.

Removed chapter "state automation" as the information was outdated and irrelevant.

Provided chapter 4.1.17 (Show current period score during period) with a complete list of sports which are affected by enabling the setting.

Updated diagram in state automation. Information is still the same, but the diagram looks cleaner.

Added new test match to replay server, number 29 (volleyball with rollback).
