Getting started

Unified Odds Feed (UOF) is designed to be easily migrated to - from our legacy feeds, even though it introduces a lot of new features and benefits about which you can read more in this migration guide section.

In order to make the migration even simpler, we have come up with a few tools, starting with this very migration guide. The migration guide can be used as a starting point which leads to other tools and documentation that we have prepared.

Migration plan

The following steps outline the suggested way of getting migrated to Unified Odds Feed:

  1. Get in touch with your Betradar sales representative (or with our support)
  2. Get access and credentials to our CTRL interface
  3. Define your estimated time for the migration (our migration roadmap suggests approx. 10 weeks for pre-match and live producers presuming the SDK is used)

Integration programme

Based on our experience, the best way to get optimal quality of the integration is to follow our Integration programme. Here we offer personal and a more direct assistance during the integration, where an integration manager will stay in direct contact with your technical team during the entire process of integration. Communication can be either via Skype or other direct communication tools. Our team will also take clients through a tailored programme consisting of a initial call, follow-up calls, integration roadmap, training for the CTRL interface and technical specifics of UOF during the integration of both pre-match and live odds services. As well as others if needed needed.

An integration review is performed at the very end of the programme that is done as a report of the programme - as well as a report of any possible outstanding issues with your solution. It is also a good preparation for the certification programme which our clients can follow from here.

Certification programme

We offer (free of charge) a certification of your integration of the UOF. The certification is designed to guarantee the best performance of our services within their domain and that all functionality/features are working as intended within optimal conditions (which will let you stand out against your competitors).

Managed Trading Services (MTS)

Managed Trading Services is fully operative with Unified Odds Feed and also introduces new features and functionalities that can be used.

SDK

The Unified Odds SDK (Software developer kit) provides a simple and efficient way for bookmakers to access Betradar's odds and sport information. It combines subscription of messages and API calls into a unified Java or .NET interface that hides most of the complexity, including recovery.

Tip

The SDK supports all feed features and handles most situations out of the box and helps to speed up the integration with that. We always suggest to use the SDK if possible.

If you are unable to use our SDK, you will need to take advantage of our API and work on the protocol level.

We have also prepared the live documentation of the API where all the available endpoints are documented and can be tested.
