General

The rules document details the timings of seasons, tournaments, matches, race-days and races
as well as the available betting markets for each sport.
Virtual Sports maintenance and downtime notifications are always sent out by the Betradar’s first
level support team. This document describes how to setup a customer contact in the
Betradar.com interface in order to receive Virtual Sports notifications
The document assists customers with connecting to our 24/7 support team via betradar.com
Bookmakers can configure their odds margins via the Betradar.com interface. This document
describes the configuration process and options.
To ensure the high quality of its products, Betradar always reviews the customer’s Virtual Sports
integration into their staging environment, before handing out production links. For the review,
Betradar will go through all items on the checklist.
