In order to provide the best availability, scalability and user experience, we have introduced three different environments for using UOF. More information about environment can be found in our documentation - https://docs.betradar.com/display/BD/UOF+-+Environments

Integration environment

Integration environment is our starting point in UOF. That's where clients that are integrating the feed, migrating from legacy feeds or testing and QA-ing, should be connected to.

There is a limitation of access during peak times (weekends) on integration environment – please check the documentation: https://docs.betradar.com/display/BD/UOF+-+Environments

In order to be able to access integration environment, an appropriate token is required, which can be generated at https://ctrl.betradar.com/ -> Config -> Unified Odds Feed.

Replay server

The Betradar System provides a replay server. Using the replay server, all messages sent for a particular sport event that is older than 48 hours can be resent to your account. The matches are re-playable forever. Betradar reserves the right to remove events that are older than 2 years.

The replay server is a message queue server. On this server you will only receive messages for matches you have in your replay list that you are currently replaying. The replay server is controlled through a separate RESTful API. Here you first setup what matches you want to have replayed, then you start the replay and the messages will start arriving.

Tip

Replay environment can be accessed 24/7/365 using either integration or production token.

Warning

Please note that replay server doesn't take client's configuration and oddskeys into consideration. Therefore, the replayed messages will always be the same regardless of changes in client's configuration.

Production environment

When you believe your integration is nearly ready for Production, it is time to promote you to the production environment, which is our top-notch environment available 24/7/365 with the best possible uptime. Before this can be done, we will do a technical review from our end to make sure your usage of the UOF is ready for production from our point of view.

Warning

Please note that production environment requires a production token, which is different than the one used for integration.
Production access is only provided after the integration is completed.
